The job holder is responsible to to ensure the development of price proposals and quotations pertaining to MLC services are based on the market situation, the organisations strategic goals and cost calculation. The Job Holder will also develop pricing strategies by performing cost analysis.?v? Pricing & Costing ??? To analyzing market conditions, monitoring price developments, comparing them with the goals and possibilities of the MLC elaborating price goals based on the Almajdouie business strategy.??? To Work with Account Receivable Department to accurately code material, Labor hours and others cost to measure actual cost of services.??? Coordinating sales, public relations, advertising and marketing personnel to build pricing models??? Understanding contract negotiations and bids as well as proposal development??? Bulding the required financial models for all bids & RFQ.??? Support in bulding the financial model for the new projects or services.v? Monitoring and reporting??? Compare Budget with revenues to know actual status and submit reports for the management review.??? Record and report the KPIs for? when required .v? Business Intelligence??? To? evaluate trends to determine what consumers would buy a certain product or utilize a specific service. Also to assist public relations and sales departments in targeting these consumers to generate revenue for the company.v? Continuous Improvement??? Support the operation in exceuting operational cost reduction plans in order to minimize the cost and achieve better profits.
