Job Summary:The Cost Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing financial management and cost control across allprojects within our Contracting business. This role ensures accurate and efficient tracking ofexpenditures, contributes to budget management, and supports overall financial performance throughrigorous cost control practices.Key Responsibilities:? Monitor and verify project expenditures, including reviewing and approving invoices and vendorclaims.? Develop, prepare, and manage detailed project budgets and schedules.? Implement and maintain cost control procedures and detailed cost breakdowns.? Track project progress, analyze budget variances, and proactively address any issues.? Provide comprehensive cost control support, including reporting on budget variations, projectmilestones, and customer billing.? Prepare and submit monthly project costing reports to ensure alignment with budgetaryconstraints.? Enhance overall financial performance through effective and innovative cost control practices.
