Job Description

On behalf of one of the largest hospitals in the region(Saudi Arabia) with a mission to provide world-class health care with a world-class health system, we have an opening for a Consultant in Neurology.

  • Perform duties as Consultant of Neurology. ’Outpatient clinic evaluating patients with neurologic diseases.
  • Provides consultation service to Inpatients in his area of expertise (Neurology).
  • Provides primary care to Inpatients admitted directly to the Neurology service.
  • Oversees the operation of the Neuro-diagnostic Laboratory (EEG, EMG) including the ongoing training of the technician.
  • Provides on-call emergency coverage for Neurologic emergencies.
  • Participate in the monthly Staff Meetings of the Internal Medicine Department and educational conferences.
  • Develop and maintain professional quality standards, make recommendations for improvement of such standards, contribute, and participate in the hospital-wide quality improvement program.
  • Participate and contribute to the educational activities in the department e.g. daily morning conferences, weekly grand rounds, clinical meetings, etc
