Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager - Pipeline to oversee and lead pipeline construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery, adhering to quality, safety, and budgetary requirements.Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement construction plans aligned with the operations strategy and objectives to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate and prepare construction estimates, resource requirements, and budgets, and submit them to the Project Manager for procurement.
  • Oversee the selection and approval of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets.
  • Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Effectively allocate resources across construction sites in collaboration with the Site Manager, optimizing material and manpower use.
  • Provide technical support to Project Managers regarding construction methodologies, material selection, and engineering concerns.
  • Collaborate with Contract Managers to ensure smooth contract administration and successful project execution.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all construction activities comply with project standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 10-12 years of experience in pipeline and plant piping, with at least 7 years in the pipeline business.
  • Aramco experience is mandatory.
  • Education:
  • Master?s in Engineering Management or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
