Job Description

A leading construction company in the Eastern Region, committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, is seeking an experienced Bilingual Construction Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. ?

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and standards.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
  • Manage and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
