Job Description

On behalf of our client, a leading Hospitality Investment and Management company, we seek a Community Building Coordinator (Stakeholder Relationship Coordinator) who will develop and execute Communication Initiatives for a certain group of stakeholders.Based in their Riyadh Headquarters, you will be responsible for managing new subscriptions and addressing their identified issues and challenges, communicating them to the association manager and the community building director.You will communicate with vendors and service providers who wish to introduce their brand and services to the members of the association and will be responsible for the first phase of filtration of those vendors and service providers.

  • Develop and manage stakeholders as required to ensure the line of communication is open at all times.
  • Ensure the Stakeholder challenges are properly addressed and being considered.
  • ?Assist in filtering vendors and service providers.
  • Assist in bringing on new members to the association.
  • ?Develop strategies and plans to attract new subscriptions and executing them.
  • ?Assist in managing the new subscribers.
  • ?Developing regular reports on the progress of the association?s projects, subscriptions, and initiatives.
