Job Description

Job Purpose: This role is an individual contributor to the organizational entity Commercial Department The organization mandate is the following:To deliver efficient customer services experience and to ensure companies profitability in line with business strategy. and plans. To support that sustainability performance considerations are incorporated into the companys strategic process and final planning. Properly controlling and reducing waste generation and disposal and natural resource use in products , services , processes and operations ; incorporating environmental concerns into design decisions. To support equipment is energy efficient and meets or improves environmental , health , safety , and other sustainability requirements. To support ethic and sustainability policies for employees , contractors , suppliers , distributors and stakeholders of the company to strengthen the integrity of compliance systems.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Managerial Responsibilities

  • Develop the company short- and long-term strategy in line with Companies overall vision and mission.
  • Set the company annual operational plans and ensure successful implementation.
  • Oversee the preparation of the company budget, ensuring that adequate provision is made for all priority activities, monitor and control expenditure against approved budget.
  • Oversee the overall performance of the company and ensure KPIs are well developed, cascaded, and communicated.
  • Oversee the services provided by departments in terms of quality, timeliness, efficiency while monitoring the financial performance against budget.
  • Promote, support and strengthen innovation in the company, oversee the development and adherence of the company policies and procedures, also to reflect innovative approaches and in order to ensure that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled in line with the requirements.
  • Ensure effective staffing, professional development, and deployment of staff of the company.
  • Direct the Company connections to its customers, whether internal or external, to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Functional Responsibilities
  • Develop and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop in-depth customer insight and product-insight relationships.
  • Fully understand our services and key-capabilities and how they fit into the business process of our existing and potential customers.
  • Fully understand the liquid and gases market mechanisms in play.
  • Negotiate and conclude new storage , trading and distribution contracts at best possible terms.
  • Oversee customer service performance to ensure company is keeping up with customer demands.
  • Support responsibility for all commercial and customer services aspects of the company.
  • Support the execution of contracts on commercial and contractual matters.
