Business Need / Job Purpose??????? Responsible for set up component on machine, basic editing of program (if required), Machine parts as per specification, Inspect and report conformance with blue print.?Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities(Results this role is expected to accomplish)??????? Daily machine check list inspection.??????? Daily cleaning of machine and work bench arrangement.??????? Follow all machine-shop safety related policies and procedures.??????? Identify, arrange if required request for tooling for machining part from blue print and program.??????? Set up of part on the machine as per drawing and program requirement.??????? Edit/modify or request for modification of program (if required) as per the job requirement.??????? Program Simulation (on machine) to ensure its collision and error free before executing.??????? Verify the component/part after machining to ensure conformance with blue print.??????? Write dimension report and product completion report (Time Sheet).??????? Other product manufacturing related Works assigned by supervisor.
