Primary Function:Our requirement, Chief Operating Officer COO) to overseeing the day to day administrative and operational function of company business. COO shall have:Capable and responsible for managing the pre-construction , construction, commissioning and closing Phases including but not limited to development of constructabilityplan, resources allocations , mobilization plan, logistic plan,project controls,cost control system, reviewingand analyzingplans, negotiatingchange orders, coordinating anddirecting workof subcontractors,developing general relationship with all concern project parties, make strategic decisions and provide leadership and directions to project managers to implement those decisions .Capable to devising cost -effective plans to enable effective project completion within allocated budget, managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage. Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project start.
