Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Accountant to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in accounting, including experience in managing a team. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting process from transaction entry to monthly management reports and annual closing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns (VAT, withholding tax, income, Zakat) and other taxes.
  • Conduct analysis of financial data and provide insights to management.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage the budgeting, forecasting process, audit process.
