A-ÿÿÿCFO Assistant Duties:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist CFO in all matters related to financial, accounting and investments operations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿManage the CFO?s and departmental calendar to prioritize and resolve conflicts.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate with collections third parties for defaulter clients.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist in the cash flow projection.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿWorks on credit policy and provide best practice recommendation.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitors and maintains the General Ledger.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProper review of department?s documentation (Contracts, reports, etc.) before sending it to the CFO.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerform account analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts & all subsidiary ledgers on monthly basis.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCompile and analyze financial information, and prepare well-documented journal entries for CFO?s approval as needed.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsuring financial records are accurate and properly documented. Resolve accounting discrepancies.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist the CFO with the coordination of all audit activity such as preparation of work papers and reconciliations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReview external auditors? proposal and present them to Board Audit Committee.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure all commitments and deadlines are met.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿConsistently maintain high professional standards at work with regard to personal behavior and interaction with other staff.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerform other duties as requested by the CFO as per the business needs.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDeputize the CFO during his absence.B-ÿÿÿInvestment Committee Secretary Duties:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿIdentify and review potential investments opportunities.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare the meetings schedules after discussion with IC members.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPrepare the documents related to investment and submit them to IC members before meetings.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinates and prepare Minutes of Meeting and ensure notifying all concerned members or personnel.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCirculate /notify the CFO regarding the IC resolutions and recommendations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReview and circulate monthly report received from the Investment Committee to the designated personnel.
