· Act initially as a program manager liaising between startups, the partners, and internal teams· Collaborate with management and partners to continuously develop the Venture Builder in terms of overall strategy, program management, brand, desired ecosystem, operations and scalability.· Understand, leverage and collaborate with Aljoaib Holdings resources to deliver value to startups and achieve synergies between the VBs overall goals along with the goals of the VBs companies· Stakeholder management (as needed) across internal operations team, current & new partners, and other key players in KSA and region· Ensure that the VBs companies have adequate and suitable resources to deliver their objectives and that all areas are aligned to the respective strategiesAct as an advocate and ambassador for the VB and VBs companies at events and meetings.
