Job Description

As a Branch Manager(Hypermarket ) in the Eastern Province ( Alahsa- Qatif ) of Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branch and ensuring its success. You will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day activities, driving sales, and maintaining excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise the branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  3. Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Candidates:
  1. Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  6. Experience as a hypermarket manager would be an added advantage.
