Job Description

Responsibilities: Policies and Procedures

  • Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls
  • Assist the Finance tam in updating and maintaining the Group Finance manual
Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Assist the Finance team in developing a Monthly Reporting to be used across all subsidiaries.
  • Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actuals results with plans and forecast.
  • Assist in Analyzing Financial Reports
Corporate & Commercial Finance
  • Assist the Finance team in corporate and commercial finance tasks as required
Billing
  • Issue monthly billing on time and follow up for the data
Cost control
  • Prepare and issue monthly expense report and recommend actions
Budgeting?
  • Assist reporting manager in preparation of budget and quarterly forecast
Commercial proposals?
  • ?Assist in analyzing new business projects
