Identify training requirementsKey Responsibilities ? To be able to read drawings.? To perform assembly of mechanical parts as per the drawings. To be able todisassemble and reassemble tools, machines, and equipment to perform requiredinspections, maintenance, repairs, overhauls and other similar activities.? To determine project plans at the beginning of jobs? To determine the best fabrication solutions? To ensure that shift changes occur smoothly with no or minimal interruption toequipment uptime.? To communicate the safety program and instructions to the shop floor? Respect fellow employees and supervisor.? Makes sure the correct drawing is followed.
