Work day to day and in a monthly closing process.
Record GL journal entries on SAP.
Record petty cash and intercompany journal entries on SAP.
Reviewing payroll, vacation, end of services, Iqama, and Ticket with HR.
Record the journal entries of payroll, vacation, end of services, Iqama, and Ticket with HR.
Record the journal entries of accrued, prepaid expenses.
Be responsible about PPE and run deprecation on monthly basis.
Prepare reconciliation between SPM and its subsidiaries on monthly basis.
Assist in quarter reviewing activities and assist in annual internal and external auditing.
Activities by providing necessary information and requested documentation.
Respond to accounting inquiries from Chief accountant.
Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental friendly methods.
To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager
