Project Engineer - Interior Fitout

Job Description

DM Approved engineer is mandatoryOver all in-charge in the design and site works.? Dealing with Clients (Engineers, Architects, Contractors, etc.) for technical issues and concerns.? Dealing with the suppliers for the preparation of all the materials required for the project.? Getting samples to make sure they are providing good quality of work and having enough resources (manpower) considering the budget.? Prepare the construction schedule as per the time frame required by client.? Prepare the manpower required for each project considering all the scope of works.? Attend site meetings to discuss work accomplishments, project concerns and deadlines.? Providing the schedule / work plan for all the sub-contractors to prevent any problems that will cause delay on the project.? Assuring materials will arrived on scheduled time.? Providing monthly accomplishment report to prepare and submit progress invoice on required submission dates
