Job Description

We are looking for Server and Desktop Engineer for Dubai, UAEEngineer should be good in communication as he has to take call via remote and should able to resolve IT related issue as soon as possible. He should be proactive and quick learner and should have passion for IT. Duties & Responsibilities ?Monitoring and Patching all the server?Troubleshooting and Resolving query of Networking device & maintaining backup and report ?Ensure 100% up time of server ?Ensuring all the server Backup is in place and troubleshoot if required ?Handling and supporting query raised by Jr Engineer and guide them accordingly ?Reporting & maintaining Network diagrams and all the documentation of clients ?Willing to work at any stage in organization ?Understand and resolve client query as per SLA
