WatchmanJob DescriptionMain Tasks and Responsibilities:1. Attending emergency and urgent maintenance/security related calls during night and holidays.2. Helping technicians and working on other places when required.3. Performs other related functions the management deem necessary.Secondary Tasks and Responsibilities:1. Maintaining and cleaning of swimming pool and related equipment.2. Checking, maintaining and adding of chemicals in swimming pool.3. Cleaning of all common areas.4. Cleaning of garden areas and maintaining trimming and planting of trees, plants and grass.5. Cleaning and maintaining of vacant villas.6. Roof cleaning.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (and/or Other Attributes):1. With experience working in the UAE in the following job: Watchman2. Reasonable facility of Language (English) and communication skillsSpecial Requirement/s (If any):1. Open to all NationalitiesReporting Structure:1.
