*The Senior Urban Planner will work within the studio team to provide technical expertise on allocated urban planning projects. The role includes the application of architecture and urban planning skills along with project coordination responsibilities from time to time.*Assist the leader of Urban Planning and management team in identification and pursuit of business development opportunities, and growth of the business through new and repeat clients. Prepare and present submissions/reports to support projects and ensure quality deliverables.*Experience managing and delivering a range of urban planning projects*Ability to lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects to successful delivery of outcomes within budget and programme.*Using relevant software like sketch up, CAD, and able to create represented illustration using post-production softwares like Photoshop.Desired Candidate Profile*8 or more years? experience in area of expertise with a strong portfolio of work which demonstrates excellent technical capabilities*Minimum qualifications are Bachelor?s Degree in Architecture and Master Degree in Urban Planning.
