A leading renovation company is actively recruiting a Technical assistant to be based in Dubai.Key aspects of the role include:•Follow up with calls;•Making documents;•Work with AutoCad;•Assisting NOCs as NOC and technical assistance.To be successful you will need to meet the following:•Bachelors degree in engineering;•Know about structural and system;•3 to 4 year GCC experience in construction or fit out;•Strong communication and technical writing skills;•Strong negotiation skills;•Have your own driving license;•English level no lower than medium (knowing of Arabic and Russian is an advantage);•Quantity surveying will be an advantage.
