Handling of individual projects assigned.Identify WPS/PQR Applicable for project .Identify & inform welding foreman of the Qualified welders .Prepare ITP and All required documents for Project .Review all QC related project specifications and inform project engineer about the inspection & NDT requirements. Receive material inspection & MTC review requirements .Carry out all stage inspections as per job requirements .Review and store RT films as per the project NDT requirements .Co ordinate & communicate with client and third party inspectors.Final Documentation for all projects undertaken.Ensure Welding consumable control & Review baking rejister on Daily Basis.Carry out NDT inspections internally if project allows .Ensure that only calibrated instruments and equipment's are used for the project .Assist MR in internal & external audits .Handle projects independently if required .Monitoring and implementation of safety rules
