Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality, corporate, government, education, healthcare, and catering sectors.Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, referrals, and market research.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.Promote the company's catering services, restaurant offerings, banquet facilities, and hospitality solutions to prospective customers.Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and negotiate pricing in accordance with company policies.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Procurement, and Finance departments to ensure smooth execution of client orders and events.Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending opportunities to maximize conversion rates.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pipeline reports using the company's CRM or reporting system.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans for management review.Ensure timely collection of payments by coordinating with clients and the Finance Department.Attend exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate business.Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.Support the development of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and business growth initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and contractual obligations.Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum 2?5 years of UAE sales experience in hospitality, catering, food service, hotels, restaurants, or corporate sales.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong network of corporate clients, government entities, schools, healthcare facilities, or event organizers is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strong business development and client acquisition abilities.Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.Good knowledge of the UAE hospitality and catering market.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is an advantage.Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory (preferred if your role requires field sales).Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.Professional appearance and positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and business development activities.
