Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesProcess and coordinate sales orders, deliveries, and export shipments from order confirmation to completion.Liaise with customers, suppliers, delivery drivers, and transport companies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Prepare and maintain export documentation, shipping records, delivery documents, and related paperwork.Follow up with customers to confirm sales orders, delivery schedules, and order requirements.Prepare and maintain daily sales and operational reports.Coordinate ordering and ensure the availability and timely delivery of goods to customers.Perform accurate data entry, system updates, documentation, filing, and record maintenance.Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Retail/Export Department.Analyze sales and operational data to identify discrepancies, trends, and required actions.Maintain accurate records in SAP and ensure timely processing of relevant transactions.Use Advanced Excel for reporting, data analysis, reconciliation, and tracking.Ensure compliance with export regulations, processes, documentation, and company procedures.Perform other duties related to sales coordination, export operations, and administration as required.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: Intermediate or equivalent qualification; Diploma/Bachelor?s degree is an advantage.Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Export Coordination, Sales Coordination, Logistics, or Order Processing.Strong knowledge of export regulations, shipping processes, and export documentation.Hands-on SAP experience is required.Strong Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, lookups, PivotTables, and reconciliations.Valid UAE Driving License preferred.Excellent communication and coordination skills with customers, suppliers, drivers, and logistics partners.Strong planning, organization, time management, and follow-up skills.High attention to detail with strong accuracy in documentation and data processing.Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, work independently, and perform under pressure.Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
