Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Silsal, you will be a key driver of our growth and will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your role will be instrumental in nurturing relationships with potential clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand the companys market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Utilize insights to refine business development strategies.
  • Client Acquisition: Lead the identification, outreach, and acquisition of new clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, vendors, and complementary businesses, to enhance the companys offerings and market reach.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate the companys value proposition and address client needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with business objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, sales pipelines, and business development activities. Provide regular reports and insights to management to evaluate progress and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to align business development efforts with company goals and initiatives.
