- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your account.- Spearhead and curate influencer marketing plans for the clients after brainstorming with subject matter experts and influencers- Ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives by liasing with multiple internal teams- Forecast and track key account metrics, and prepare reports- Manage projects internally for your client, getting things done yourself and most importantly working with others in the team, to get the right things done (on time).- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
