Job holder will be required to perform the below tasks:1. Collect outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection target to ensure positive cash flow.2. Maintain debtor?s book to ensure that the debt status is accurate and latest.3. Use various methods of communication to follow-up with clients on overdue invoices4. Follow-up on all Bank guarantees on closed projects and expired service contracts and collect the same.5. Review collection queue to perform collection activities accordingly.6. Close a specific number of collection accounts each month to meet assigned target.7. Contact debtors and implement repayment schedules and terms.8. Maintain security and confidentiality of company and customer information.
