? Daily monitor operations to ensure that the meet production standards.? Documents and update inspection results by completing report and logs (Quality Check Form, Cleaning and Sanitation Record, Personal Hygiene Record ect.)? Daily collection of raw material for product quality testing and product samples for laboratory testing when directed.? Make sure the cleanliness of the equipment, machines and environment.? Ensure employee are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.? Responsible for monitoring and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.? Accept or reject finished items.? Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.? Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.? Discuss inspection result with those responsible for products.
