QA/QC Manager-Finishing

Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures for finishing works.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, method statements, and approved shop drawings.

Monitor finishing activities to ensure work is executed according to approved standards.

Conduct material inspections for finishing materials (tiles, paint, gypsum boards, joinery, etc.).

Perform site inspections and quality audits for finishing activities.

Ensure all Inspection Requests (IRs) are properly submitted and approved.

Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Provide technical guidance and training to QA/QC engineers and inspectors.

Attend site inspections with consultants and clients.

Ensure consultant comments are addressed and closed.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

Ensure all works comply with local construction standards and project specifications.
