Primary Responsibilities: ? Prepare detail layout plans for all drainage and water supply systems for all residential and official buildings.? Perform regular inspection on all equipment and materials and assist in fabrication of same if required.? Manage and perform tests on various materials and equipment and maintain knowledge on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.? Collaborate with various teams working on design of all architectural requirements for plumbing services.? Assist to allocate appropriate design for all activities and ensure compliance to all client timeframe.? Evaluate all design drawings according to required quality regulations.? Monitor installation and perform tests on various water and sewage lines for all residential and commercial buildings.? Install various commission pumps.? Administer all plumbing work and provide certification to all sub-contractor bills.? Perform regular inspection of materials and works for all plumbing activities.? Collaborate with all consultants and contractors for all plumbing associated work.? Report to Project Manager on site progress and problems being encountered for assistance and guidance.? Keep records and related data of site progress in order to maintain regular/timely update to Project Manager.? Attend site meetings regularly and liaise with other service Engineers for details of works and coordination of requirements.? Prepare meeting records, design review and design progress reports.? Liaise with Local suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure material adherence to standards and scope of works required by client.? Ensure that project meets agreed specifications, budgets and completion time. ? Develop and maintain quality service that contributes to achieving the objective set out in the strategic plan and customer satisfaction. ? Develop and maintain an environment and culture that improves health, safety and security.? Show commitment towards the quality policy & procedures and ensure that all activities and documents produced are inline as per the QMS.? Comply with established HSE policies and procedures and correctly use all appropriate equipment provided. ? Adhere to the instructions issued to protect the health and safety of others in the workplace.Qualification, Experience & Skills:? Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field in Piping? Minimum 10 years? experience in Contracting / Construction Company within U.A.E
