Job Description

Our recruitment agency is currently seeking a PRO (Public Relations Officer) who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a PRO, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of public relations and government relations for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of local government regulations and procedures, as well as a wide network of contacts in government departments and agencies.Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for all government-related matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
  2. Manage the process of obtaining and renewing work permits, visas, and other necessary documents for employees.
  3. Coordinate with government departments and agencies to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to government transactions.
  5. Prepare and submit required reports and documents to government authorities in a timely manner.
  6. Keep up-to-date with changes in local laws and regulations that may impact our clients operations.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
  8. Provide support and guidance to clients on all matters related to government relations.
  9. Assist with any other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
  2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
  3. Strong knowledge of local government regulations and procedures.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
