Primary Responsibilities (But not limited to): ? Responsible for the design review of the plumbing services.? Prepare detail layout plans for all drainage and water supply systems for all residential and official buildings. ? Ensure all installations of plumbing systems are following drawings, required specifications and standards.? Monitor installation and perform tests on various water and sewage lines for all residential and commercial buildings. ? Install various commission pumps.? Report to Project Manager on site progress and problems being encountered for assistance and guidance.? Keep records and related data of site progress in order to maintain regular/timely update to Project Manager.? Attend site meetings regularly and liaise with other service Engineers for details of works and coordination of requirements.? Prepare meeting records, design review and design progress reports.? Supervise subcontractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the suppliers for timely delivery of equipment.? Liaise with Local suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure material adherence to standards and scope of works required by client.? Validate & check technical design drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly. ? Ensure that project meets agreed specifications, budgets and completion time. ? Provide guidance and advice to the plumbing technicians for alternative proposals by the Main Contractor.? Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.? Develop and maintain quality service that contributes to achieving the objective set out in the strategic plan and customer satisfaction. ? Develop and maintain an environment and culture that improves health, safety and security.? Show commitment towards the quality policy & procedures and ensure that all activities and documents produced are inline as per the QMS.? Comply with established HSE policies and procedures and correctly use all appropriate equipment provided. ? Adhere to the instructions issued to protect the health and safety of others in the workplace
