Roles & ResponsibilitiesInstall and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and waste disposal systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with all building codes and safety regulations.Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and low water pressure, using specialized tools and equipment to identify the root cause of the problem.Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including cleaning drains, inspecting pipes, and testing fixtures, to prevent future issues and ensure optimal performance.Assemble and connect pipes, fittings, and fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters, using a variety of tools and materials like copper, PVC, and PEX.Desired Candidate ProfilePossess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating foundational academic knowledge.Hold a valid plumbing license or certification from a recognized trade association, attesting to professional competency.Have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing environments.Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical schematics.
