1.Attend the meetings related to the owner's engineering production meeting and organize the schedule meeting minutes;2.Responsible for preparing annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly construction production plans and supervision;3.Timely, accurately and comprehensively grasp the construction dynamics; communicate the instructions, decisions and requirements of the superiors and project leaders to the construction production, and check, collect and feedback the implementation;4.Check and analyze the construction elements of the project in a timely manner, and accurately feedback construction production information to relevant leaders and departments;5.Responsible for the evaluation and implementation of the on-site construction plan, and timely update and decompose the construction plan according to the progress of the project?6.Responsible for the follow-up implementation of material plans required for construction at each site.7.Responsible for reporting and tracking implementation of the owner's monthly P6 schedule.
