Position Summary:Required well experienced PET preform Injection machine operatorRole Description:Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs: 1.Producing the Defect free Performs according to customer requirement 2.Assure the Raw Material Consumption as per the requirement 3. Keeping the records of shift wise production output and Efficiency trackers 4. Keeping the records of raw materials along with Lot number details for traceability5. Keeping the records of Machine wise Downtime and Breakdown details for analysis 6. Keeping the proper records of Changeover time 7. Keeping the records of Daily Rejection and Waster Materials 8. Assuring the products during Online production and Certify the each pallets and Cages before packing9. Keeping the records of Process HOLD and Responsible for segregation 10. Keeping the Proper records of Preventive Maintenance and History card for each machine to track the downtimes11. Ensuring the stock of Critical spare parts of Preform Machine and subsequent machines(Dryer , Compressor , Dehumidifier) to avoid the unwanted delay in rectification12. Ensure and Adhere the Health and safety requirement - Proper usage of PPE?s like Gloves and Safety shoesOther Responsibilities: Follow-up and collaborate with Maintenance team to perform Preventive Maintenance on timeMaintain the 5S across the Warehouse in proper manner Ensure the Discipline in respective Warehouse among the employees Team Organization:Reporting to: Production Manager
