We’re dedicated to transforming healthcare through innovative tech solutions, and we’re looking for a skilled to lead and train a team in this vital role.Key Responsibilities:•Perform coding and abstracting of medical documents, including diagnostic and procedural information.•Research, analyze, and assess data for company software needs.•Audit clinical documentation to ensure accurate coding for reimbursement and regulatory compliance.•Serve as a subject matter expert for coding staff, providing guidance and training.•Identify and address documentation discrepancies, quality of care, and billing issues.•Train, mentor, and assist in the professional development of coding staff.•Manage special projects and assist leadership as required.Qualification & Skills:•3+ years of experience in medical coding.•Strong skills in administration, reporting, and record-keeping.•Proficient in Microsoft Office and coding software.•Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.•Strong verbal and written communication skills.Education:•Diploma or equivalent.If you’re a motivated professional with a passion for healthcare and coding,
