Handle all legal aspects ofreal estate development projects, including project structuring, approvals, and documentation.

Ensure full compliance withDubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and other relevant authorities.

Advise management onlegal risks, contractual obligations, and mitigation strategiesthroughout the project lifecycle.

Support the setup and management ofescrow accountsand ensure compliance with off-plan regulations.

Draft, review, and negotiatecorporate and commercial agreements, including consultant, contractor, supplier, and service provider contracts.

Coordinate withexternal legal counsel, consultants, banks, and government authoritiesas required.

Supportdispute resolution, pre-litigation assessments, and coordination with external lawyers when necessary.

Assist incorporate governance matters, internal policies, and compliance procedures.

Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to support the company?s commercial objectives.
