1. Received Enquiries.2. Check, verify & review all documents, specifications, shop drawings, BOQ.3. If there is no BOQ, prepare BOQ form the tender drawings.4. Submittal of cost estimation5. Preparation of Cost breakdown6. Cost Analysis7. Preparation of Quotation for submission incorporates with GM/GM in charge with all qualifications, Conditions, Exclusions etc.8. For awarded projects, make comparison with shop drawing & Tender drawing for finding out variations.9. If the variation is due to the design changes from the tender stage drawing, Submit variation claims for extra over cost. (It should be incorporation with Design and Project Managers).10. Keep cool relationship with colleagues for the overall healthy atmosphere of the entire firm.
