Job Description

IR Sales Sales Promoer

  • Greet customers as they enter the store in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
  • Identify customers needs and preferences through active listening and effective questioning techniques. Recommend suitable mobile phone models, plans, and accessories based on their requirements.
  • Demonstrate the features and functions of mobile phones, such as camera quality, operating system capabilities, and connectivity options, to enhance customers understanding and interest.
  • Keep up - to - date with the latest mobile phone models, technological advancements, and industry trends. Use this knowledge to effectively promote products and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis by actively promoting add - on products and services, such as extended warranties, mobile phone cases, and screen protectors.
Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post - purchase support. Address customers concerns and questions promptly and accurately, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with mobile phone setup, including transferring data, installing applications, and configuring settings. Provide basic training on how to use new features and functions.
  • Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional and courteous manner. Follow company policies and procedures to resolve issues effectively and ensure customer loyalty.
Store Operations
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure that mobile phone displays are well - stocked, arranged attractively, and in working condition.
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, such as counting stock, updating inventory records, and reporting shortages or damages.
