Job Responsibilities:? Develop investor confidence and belief in the company?s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value? Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework? Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties? Manage equity research and investor relationships? Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team? Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business? Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls? Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters? Help prepare the company?s Annual Report ? Develops and maintains a company investor relations plan? Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation? Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function? Monitors operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management, and develops investor relations messages based on these changes? Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management? Serves as the key point of contact for the investment community? Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results? Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy? Provides feedback to the management team regarding the impact of stock repurchase programs or dividend changes on the investment communityDesired Qualifications: CFA / 5 to 8 years of accounting/finance experience, or 5+ years? experience in managing an investor relations department.
