Human Resources CoordinatorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Responsible for employee annual, biannual and exit flight bookings and reimbursements, business travel, accommodation arrangements and transportation, if required.•Maintaining both digital and hard copies of employee records and transactions.•Assist with attendance, payroll reports, leave settlements, deductions and communication with line managers.•Administers medial insurance plan, including enrollments, changes and terminations and ensures accurate recordkeeping.•External communication with travel agencies for LPOs, monthly settlements.•Provide employee requests for salary certificates, employment certificates, NOC, Salary Transfer Letter, etc.•Assist with recruitment documentation and ensure new joiners details are complete in the system as well as their files.•Ensuring vendor relationships (e.g., third party travel agencies•Support other assigned functions.
