Human Resources AssistantJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).•Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.•Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, NOCs, and other HR documents.•Track and manage employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets.•Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).•Assist with visa processing, renewals, medical tests, and Emirates ID applications in coordination with the PRO.•Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.•Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.•Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.•Provide administrative support to the HR department and other ad hoc tasks as needed.Qualifications & Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.•3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE preferred.•Familiarity with UAE labor law and visa processes is a strong advantage.•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS knowledge is a plus.•Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.•Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.Preferred Skills:•Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.•Proactive and eager to learn and grow within the HR function.
