Searching CV's from various platforms like Naukrigulf, Bayt and LinkedIn.? Handle the recruitment cycle from initial sourcing to coordinating for employment visa with HR Admin.? Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements? Coordinating interviews ? Following up on the interview process status? Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process? Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need? Administering appropriate company assessments? Produce and distribute correspondence emails, letters and forms.? In charge of sending offer letters to selected candidates and getting candidates required documents for visa processing.? Handle candidate queries in relation with salaries, leaves, allowances and benefits.? Maintaining employee files and supporting documents.
