Key AccountabilitiesúAnalyse customer issues, formulate a response, and communicate comprehensively to queries to ensure customers receive complete information in a timely manner.úMaintain professional, strong working relationships with external and internal customers, and HR colleagues to deliver the right solutions.úAction decisions made by HR management and conveyed positively to administer employee eligibilities and benefits.úHandle the communication of all updates, changes, new initiatives, and new policies through online channels (email, workplace, phone calls, etc.)úManage the insource the outsource project end to end in terms of recruitment, communication, onboarding and joining formalities.úManage end to end the onboarding and induction for new joiners and continue to act as main contact for new hire post-joining.úAssist in general administration to ensure edara operations run smoothlyúIdentify and escalate consistent or recurring problems with systems and processes to actively partake in solution-finding.
