  • Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person / department.
  • Assist the companys staff with activities like scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, typing, faxing, and other admin tasks.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Keep track of the upcoming events and inform the specific staff members about vital activities and meetings.
  • Use communication channels like telephone, emails, and fax to convey precise information as per the visitors requirement.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
