Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob briefWe are looking for an experienced Foreman/General Foreman to join our team.You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks that must be done in order for a construction project to be completed.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the construction workers and contractors needed to complete a job.Keep detailed records of expenses accrued throughout a project to ensure it remains within the set budget.Ensure the job site is a safe work environment and in compliance with all laws and regulations.Troubleshoot all issues that may arise on the job site and find an adequate solution in a timely manner.Create work schedules for all workers and contractors to adhere to.Source any supplies as needed.Desired Candidate ProfileHigh Rise /Mid rise Building experience is required.Immediate Joiner preferred.
