Executive Assistant to CEOJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Roles and Responsibilities :•Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.•Manage travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries.•Serve as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.•Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.•Overseeing general office and administrative processes for the CEOs office.•Coordinate and follow up on key projects, board meetings, and leadership team initiatives.•Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings, including compiling background materials, agendas, and briefing documents.•Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.•Liaise with senior executives, clients, board members, and other stakeholders.•Anticipate the needs of the CEO and act proactively to support business priorities.Qualifications and Skills:•Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.•Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.•Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities.•Proactive mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.•Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
