Executive AssistantJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities :•Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings,•conferences etc.•Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.•Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries•Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.•Act as a liaison between the Chairman and other members of the team.•Attend meetings and take minutes when required.•Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairman.Requirements :•A bachelors degree in business administration, Management or related field•At least 3 years of experience in a similar role•Excellent organizational and time management Skills•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite•Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities•Strong interpersonal and communication skills•Discreet and confidential with sensitive information•Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when required•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
