? Carry out and oversee the planned and reactive maintenance on the ELV systems such as, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Data Networks, Gate Barriers, Satellite & TV Networks etc. and associated equipment.? Monitor, troubleshoot and/or repair the ELV Equipment, systems and maintain and update records on a daily basis.? Conduct regular tests on the equipment to determine operating reliability and efficiently.? Manage the requisition of tools, spare parts and consumables.? Provide end users with oral and/or written instructions for ELV equipment operation and maintenance.? Integrate and communicate effectively with other trade staff (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Civil) as required.? Maintain up to date knowledge for the safe and efficient performance of all duties.Requirements:? Must hold relevant and recognized qualifications in the discipline, or equivalent.? Proficient and able to demonstrate a complete understanding of ELV systems throughout.? Technically competent with a clear technical understanding of buildings services and associated equipment.? Flexibility, excellent attention to detail and ability to identify key issues.? Able to work under stringent deadlines and high pressure environment.? With CCTV System experience and knowledge (Must Have SIRA-Security Systems Technician License)? Can communicate in English both oral and written.? Preferably with valid UAE Driver License.
