We are looking for an E Commerce Accountant with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.Responsibilities:? Manage all accounting operations including Invoicing, A/R, A/P & GL's.? Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.? Manage inventory & COGS accounting including reconciliation of inventory accounts.? Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate.? Processing of Balance Sheets, income statements and other financial statements.? Preparing WPS end of month salaries and submitting to the bank.? Provides Financial status information by preparing special reports, Initiate and oversee special projects aligned with business intelligence and on-line strategies.? Manage and coordinate end to end audits of 3rd party service providers, including vendor selection and monthly review of payments versus activity.? Establish strong internal controls over sourcing and payment processes.BA/BSc Accounting in FinanceExcellent Knowledge of MS Office and general financial theories and practices.Familiarity with relevant accounting softwares (ERP/Sage).Good knowledge of UAE Wages Protection System (WPS).2 years of relevant experience in E Commerce Industry.
